Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another client.  As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.  Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $30 per hour scheduled before their next visit for the missed appointment(s).  For example, if you have a 3-hour appointment and do not provide 24 hours notice to cancel, a $90 fee will be charged.

All appointments exceeding 1 hour in length will require a credit card on file to reserve the appointment.  This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy outlined above.  This fee helps cover basic overhead costs, as we staff appropriately and reserve this time exclusively for you.  When appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, it significantly impacts our small business.

Refund Policy

Prepaid services and/or spa dollars are non-refundable.  However, our clients have the right to change their mind. If you pre-pay for a service you no longer wish to receive, or unforeseen health issues restrict you from having that specific treatment, you can turn that money into spa dollars to use towards any other service or product of your choice.

Prepaid Services

Please note you cannot use pre-paid services purchased on past promotions to pay for current monthly promotional offers, one day sales, or client appreciation events.
